My mom was here back in October. I found the staff to be extremely polite and accommodating unlike some other facilities she had been in the past. There was always a nurse or an assistant around to talk to or ask questions. They never seemed bothered by our constant requests :). Harold the social worker and the PT manager (I forget his name) were absolutely awesome. They were always available to take our questions. The outside garden is beautiful and the inside atrium is just as nice. I am so glad we made the decision to send her there. The only reason downside was the food. It’s not so good. It’s best if family can bring food for your loved ones whenever you can.

I cannot thank St.Ignatius staff on the 3rd floor with Ms. Beverly Hill for providing grandma with the best nursing care that I could imagine. In spite of all the tough time that grandma gave you as a patient, you never lost your cool and went about your duty with such loving care. I appreciate all that St. Ignatius have done for my grandma. You are making a difference every day.
